CHANARD works to uplift the socially as well as economically disadvantaged communities. It works towards the empowerment of the poor and the downtrodden and makes them more self-reliant. It also works for the betterment of the lives of the under privileged by providing them the knowledge, fund and resources which would make them self-sufficient and to lead a life of dignity.
